The ideal candidate will be responsible for computerizing information from different projects into the company’s client-intranet as well as produce reports of varying complexity for our clients.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Analyze the database for each project;
- Standardize the database and eliminate any duplicates;
- Format lists for data importation;
- Add the lists to the Intranet;
- Import data from the Intranet to Excel;
- Produce reports in Excel;
- Analyze data in progress and at the end of projects;
- Provide computer access to internal representatives (email, items sent, intranet);
- Plan the agents schedules keeping in mind projects, vacations, absences, delays;
- Ensure follow ups on projects and campaigns;
- Create documents in multiple formats;
- Ensure quality control of lists;
- Manipulate data and change data using macro functions.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-3 years of experience with databases / data entry;
- Excellent knowledge of Excel and its advanced features;
- Good knowledge of MS Office 2007;
- Knowledge of Access an asset;
- Understand the structure of a database;
- Basic knowledge of HTML;
- High School diploma completed;
- Bilingual.
