Reporting to the Business Unit Manager - SMB, the incumbent will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaign strategies. In addition to ensuring customer satisfaction, the Campaign Manager will control project budgets, ensure the implementation of all phases of the project, and assist the customer in selecting appropriate marketing approaches (e.g. direct marketing, mail marketing, website, webinars).
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ensure understanding of the mandate submitted by the Business Unit Manager in order to coordinate, plan and prepare the calendar of activities and the different project stages (e.g. hours allocated, number of people, etc);
- Develop and improve the tools used for monitoring projects and improve campaign methods and processes;
- Identify with the client the strategies required for the achievement of the agreed upon marketing solutions;
- Create, develop and design concepts, marketing strategies and campaigns to support the electronic marketing efforts of our customers;
- Maximize use of marketing automation tools available online and work closely with marketing operations to develop eMarketing campaigns;
- Coordinate activities with various suppliers (translators, editors, printers, contractors, website designers...);
- In a joint effort with the Call Center Manager, develop tele-prospecting methodologies and standards of performance;
- Communicate campaign results to the client and present all relevant analysis reports;
- Ensure coordination between the expectations and needs of the client and the process and results;
- Establish a partnership with the client, analyze the results and quality of service on a regular basis and align the action plan and operations in order to achieve the established objectives;
- Solve any problems that arise to meet set schedules and budgets;
- Participate in all meetings and project post-mortem’s;
- Monitor quality of deliverables (business opportunities, Excel documents ... etc).
QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience managing direct marketing campaigns online (web site, e-marketing, internet);
- 5-7 years experience in a similar position, preferably in the following sectors (software, high technology and services);
- University Certificate or Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, computer science or related field;
- Excellent communicator, French and English, both orally and written;
- Excellent knowledge of various computer programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Access);
- Relevant experience with electronic media;
- Experience in project management;
- Asset: experience in database management.
