As a business development specialist, you will execute demand creation campaigns, event promotion and find qualified leads in order to support our clients sales force. More specifically:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Fill-out client satisfation questionnaires for our clients’ customers
- Validate data with target clients and update the database for business prospecting and/or sales leads
- Compile statistical documents based on VSM standards
- Invite decision-makers to marketing seminars
- General administrative tasks related to current projects
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 6 months of experience in office administration
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (by phone and email)
- Ability to converse easily and confidently when discussing business affairs with company leaders
- Ability to listen actively, persuade and be assertive
- Excellent computer knowledge (databases, Office suite: intermediate Word and Excel)
- Basic IT knowledge
- Discipline and thoroughness are essential for this position
- Ability to multitask and adapt to change
- High School or equivalent
