As an outsourcing manager at VSM, you will have to manage business outsourcing mandates and agreements along with our business partners. You will also be accountable for project profitability, implementations, follows up and overall deliverables. Furthermore, you will supervise project managers of active projects. More specifically:
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage client expectations and deliverables in accordance with client agreements, contracts, and outsourcing contracts or scope of work.
- Supervise Project Managers as well as manage operations for active projects.
- Manage client satisfaction and expectations
- Manage project profitability as well as operational budgets
- Manage client portfolio growth as well as revenue growth from additional projects, contracts and outsourced resources.
REQUIREMENTS
- At least five years experience as a Project or Outsourcing Manager
- Pertinent IT experience, knowledge of or work experience with solution selling for the following : ERP, CRM, SCM, KM, BI, data storage, ecommerce.
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft products
- Supervision or team management experience
- Bilingual, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills
- Positive attitude, perseverance and client oriented
- Strong capacity for adaptation and change
